11 Month FTC role

Salary up to £35,000 - £40,000

I am working with a West End based global staffing company who are looking for a Finance supervisor/ Payroll manager to cover an 11 month FTC role. There is the potential of longer term job prospects within this company or the wider group. They are looking for someone to complete the full contract duration.

Duties include:

Month end Accounts

Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns

Preparation of month end journals and intercompany journals

Budget forecasting

Monthly PAYE reconciliation and subcontractor tax payments

Authorising supplier invoices and BACS payments

Assisting auditors for year end audits

Management Accounts

Processing weekly and monthly payroll

Processing timesheets

Processing expenses

Direct reporting to managers and directors on financial statements and other reports

HMRC reporting

Accounts Payable

Accounts Receivable

In order to be considered for this FTC role, you will have experience in managing payroll and be able to answer queries in a timely and accurate manor. You will have knowledge of umbrella companies, CIS, and PAYE. You will have worked in a busy recruitment, staffing or similar fast paced, busy, finance team and have been responsible for, forecasting, budgets and management accounts.
