This is fabulous opportunity for a motivated and quick thinking Executive Assistant to work for the hugely busy founder of this boutique investment company.  This is a working from home role, but with the ability to come into London on occasion for meetings. This is not for anyone wanting to take their foot off the pedal, it is a full throttle role and duties include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations and proposals - ensure these are on-brand and compliant with company guidelines
  • Relationship management with potential and existing investors, introducers and distributors.
  • Obtaining and collate feedback from teams, investors, introducers and distributors and identify actions required from this
  • Managing projects and working with different departments across the team
  • Attending high level meetings, preparing agendas, minute taking and distributing minutes and actions
  • Maintaining contact database/CRM system
  • Diary management for Co-Founder with event management as required (occasional)
  • Facilitating travel arrangements, including flights, trains, hotels, meeting rooms

This Executive Assistant will be the gatekeeper for their boss and therefore exceptional communication skills are a must as is the ability to bring together teams who are all working remotely.  We would like to hear from experienced Executive Assistants who have worked in finance/private equity/FinTech, in areas such as Investor Relations/Sales Teams with previous experience working for bosses who communicate remotely.  This Executive Assistant must be self sufficient, highly organised and deadline driven. This is an incredibly exciting time to join and the company really look after their staff.
