Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 05:00pm
Radius Payment Solutions, a UK Top Track 100 company, are a leading Global Fleet Management Company who offer services in the Fuel, Telematics, Telecoms and Insurance industries. We are a successful growing global company with offices across 15 countries.
We are looking for a qualified HR Business Partner to oversee all human resources operations within our fast-paced working environment and ensure they're aligned with our business goals.
This role will require you to be based at our headquarters in Crewe 5 days per week.
Responsibilities include:
* Support locations worldwide in a HR capacity.
* To advise managers on all aspects of employee relations, both informal & formal levels, ensuring consistent approach across all areas of the business.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal and external parties, influencing and coaching senior stakeholders to drive high performance.
* Successfully manage conflicting priorities/projects as well as complex ER.
* Lead the conception and implementation of employee development initiatives worldwide.
* Support the business with HR advice and guidance on acquisitions, mergers and TUPE and support with the delivery of related projects.
* To drive positive improvements in key metrics (e.g. retention, employee engagement etc.) in line with the business strategy, with the utilisation of MI.

Experience and skills include:
* Educated to degree level
* CIPD Level 7 is desirable
* Senior stakeholder management
* Committed to continuous professional development
* Experience of delivering training and developing training programmes
* Experience of managing teams of people
* Experience of change management
