Data Administrator

Tate are currently recruiting for a temporary Data Administrator for a 4-month temporary contract paying GBP13per hour.

Our client is a large manufacturing company with plants across this UK.

This role will be working from home, however you will need to be based close to the Chilton or Billingham office to collect IT equipment and occasional office visits.

The role:
?? Be the point of contact in the accounts payable department for all master data queries, request and changes
?? Answer and action all queries in the team mailbox. Ensuring all emails are responded to and answered in timely manner in line with SLA
?? All new vendor requests to be checked and verified and data entered, into SAP MDG
?? Liaise with purchasing, master data and requester to ensure data is correct and valid
?? Monitor all requests and follow to completion
?? Call vendors to verify bank details using independent sources e.g. Google search / company websites
?? Monitor all request to completion, liaise with other departments to ensure completion
?? Complete tracking logs and provide updates to the account payable manager

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

?? High levels of efficiency and accuracy when handling data
?? Experience within a finance experience preferable
?? Some knowledge of SAP desirable
?? Strong organisational skills
?? Be a good a communicator
