GBP27,000 per annum

8am - 4pm

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our client, a school based South of Manchester City Centre. We are looking for applicants who have experience of a stand alone, generalist role.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Provide advice and guidance to line managers
Recruitment
Absence management
Maintaining records
Payroll
Inductions
Assist with any ER cases
Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues

We are looking for:

Previous experience of working in a standalone, generalist HR Advisor role
Ability to work on your own initiative
Fantastic communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships
Up to date knowledge of employment law
Level 5 CIPD
Any experience in education or with safeguarding would be desirable

Salary: GBP27,000 per annum

8am - 4pm Monday - Friday
