HR Manager Fixed Term Contract
GBP60k plus car allowance pro rata
Telford
Busy Site HRM role on Fixed Term Contract Basis for 4 months.
As with all site HR Manager roles in the food or FMCG sector, this role is no different in requiring experience of a similar environment in terms of pace and complexity.
The HR Manager is responsible for site, leading the HR Team. Working closely with the Head of Operations and the SLT the contract role will focus on supporting the site ensuring all HR KPI's are delivered.
There is a wider HR team to reach out in terms of support and knowledge.
As you would expect in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, the contract role will be a generalist HR role drawing on your ER and IR experience. That said, union involvement will be limited in this short-term role.
HR projects that are underway will need supporting as will the HR Team.
Supplying the major retailers requires an understanding of the demands that places on the site from an operational, customer service and audit perspective. All of those things can change plans at short notice.
The requirements for this role are:
What's your background? For this HRM contract you need the following experience:
HR Manager or HRBP experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment e.g., food, FMCG, Automotive
Strong generalist experience
Able to manage and lead HR Teams
Resilient and tenacious in approach
Bright, quick thinking, good at the detail
CIPD qualified
