We're on the lookout for an experienced Documentation Administrator to join our well-established client based in Loughborough for a temporary to permanent position.
About the role:
As a Documentation Administrator, your main responsibilities include:
??The creation of our Client's unit planograms/ layouts for new builds and uptake kits to the agreed standards of speed and quality, through to production specifications.
??The creation and maintenance of associated documentation - including technical instructions and spare part guides.
??Gathering data and interpreting it in a presentable manner.
??Taking a proactive approach in gaining all relevant information.
??Self-check and verify all work you produce before submitting it for approval.
About You:
Do you have previous experience working as a Documentation Administrator? To be considered for this role, you must be a proficient user of Microsoft Office and have knowledge of Adobe CC specifically illustrator and InDesign.You must have the ability to quickly and accurately coordinate information with colleagues, have a strong eye for detail and be confident juggling a varied and challenging workload with changing priorities.
The details:
This role is paying a generous GBP9.50 per hour whilst temp and when perm, it will increase to a healthy GBP21k.
It is full time - 40 hours per week and is to start asap. It's office based and there are Covid precautions in place for everyone's protection.
