This reputable, independent estate agent is looking for a professional and experienced Lettings Assistant Manager/Administrator for their busy branch in Peterborough.

This reputable agent is looking for a driven, motivated ,well organised and knowledgeable Lettings property professional.

The role will encompass every aspect of administering a letting portfolio :

-from taking initial enquiries, booking viewings and conducting viewings

-Setting up new tenancies including inventories/ASTs/deposit protection/compliance etc

-Organising property maintenance and ongoing compliance

-Inspections

-Tenancy renewals and the associated compliance/admin

-Check outs

Working as an integral part of a small but high performing team dealing with all aspects of looking after clients through the letting process. This role will include answering and dealing with enquiries, administration support ensuring proper processes and protocols are followed to provide a high level of customer service, carrying out viewings, inspections, inventories, check ins/outs, day to day management on tenancies and payment of rents.

The role will be varied and it will not always be office based. Previous experience is a must for this role as knowledge of the lettings legislation is essential along with the right attitude and good interpersonal skills.

Own car is a necessity, mileage will be paid and a company car parking space will be provided.

A generous salary is being offered dependent on experience. The hours are M-F 9-5 and alternate Saturdays 9 - 5, with a day off midweek on alternate weeks, with an unpaid lunch hour. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
