Role: Customer Service Assistant - Nights

Location: Stoke on Trent, ST4 3ND

Hours: Part-Time 16 Hours Available

Hourly Rate: GBP9.+ | GBP7.-18|

We have a Customer Service opportunity available covering Night Shifts from 22.00pm - 06.00am. The rate of pay is GBP9.55 aged 21+ / GBP7.55 aged 20-18.

What will my role look like?

As a Customer Service Assistant you will be the face and voice of our Petrol Forecourts and your main priority will be to ensure that our customers are provided an excellent customer service experience every time. If you aren't serving our loyal customers at the till then you'll be busy working the shop floor ensuring our shelves are merchandised, look amazing and well stocked!

What would my main responsibilities be?

• Provide a fantastic customer service experience
• Be happy, friendly, smile and have fun
• Conduct stock takes, merchandise products and promote current offers
• Ensure that our Petrol Forecourts look presentable and vibrant

• No experience required
• Availability to work night shifts 22.00pm - 06.00am
• We will train you to the highest standards and upskill you
