Full time (Part Time Considered), Permanent

Our Client is a commercial energy management specialist, helping businesses to save time and money on their energy contracts. They're a small family business with offices in Ilkley and Wales.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced financial administrator/bookkeeper to join their friendly team. The successful candidate will be working across three different businesses to help improve their accounting systems and reporting.

About the Financial Administrator Role:

Duties and Responsibilities:

?? Data entry.

?? Regular cash flow forecasting.

?? Bank reconciliation.

?? Petty cash reconciliation.

?? Credit Control.

?? Producing weekly and monthly reports & management accounts.

?? Scanning invoices and purchase orders.

?? Credit control tasks including managing creditors and debtors.

About the Successful Financial Administrator Candidate:

Experience and Requirements:

?? You must have good communication and organisation skills.

?? Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

?? Have the ability to work to deadlines.

?? You must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role.

?? Experience with Xero would be preferred.

?? Practical experience in diary management, clerical and office administration work.

Salary and Benefits:

?? Salary between GBP19,760 and GBP22,000 depending on experience.

?? Full-time position (would consider part-time applicant).

?? Permanent position, office based.

?? Company pension and 28 days holiday.
