Customer Service Advisor, Doncaster. GBP20000 - GBP25000

Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in the recruitment of an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a growing business as part of their professional team of property specialists based at their office in Doncaster.

Benefits include: GBP20,000 - GBP25000 salary, flexible working, 38 days holiday including bank holidays, company pension scheme and onsite parking. Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm

Duties will include:

• Carry out property viewing reviews and relaying feedback

• Data entry using Excel and Alto property Software

• Customer / Tenant selection via Q & A

• Dealing with leads via the portals

• Reviewing voids

• Dealing with queries from Leaseholders on a day to day basis by phone, email and letter

• Rental valuations/Knowledge of the area

• Check ins & Check outs

• Keeping up to date with the latest legislation and regulations surrounding the Letting sector

We are looking for an individual with the following attributes:

• A strong background in office-based admin

• Excellent communication, IT and customer service skills.

• Good geographical knowledge

• Hold a valid UK driving Licence
