Whilst the central function is based in Coventry, we are ideally seeking someone to be based at our Milton Keynes site with a predominant focus on our Southern locations. The Senior HR Business Partner roleThis is a newly created opportunity, working in collaboration with the business and a small HR team, with the purpose of providing strategic support and hands-on operational advice to key stakeholders. We are looking for an experienced HR BP, who is ready for the next step in their career, enjoys a generalist role in a fast-paced environment. The Group has grown significantly, both organically and through acquisitions - which very much forms part of the strategic agenda. As such, this role will be specifically aligned to TUPE procedures and managing the integration process and cultural changes. In addition, the role will work closely with the HR Director in supporting the delivery of projects. Also supporting the senior management team, the role will play an integral role in shaping and growing the business. Senior HR Business Partner - Responsibilities
Working closely with the management teams to ensure the TUPE process is managed effectively and in line with legal obligations.
Managing and implementing a variety of projects focusing on enhancing employee engagement and talent management.
Successfully deliver team restructures and site relocations.
Providing tailor made solutions to various stakeholders, understanding unique challenges, and providing effective solutions.
Providing expertise and guidance on a wide range of HR matters.
Mentor and coach managers through a variety of employee related situations.
Managing a varied caseload
Data analysis and provision of valued add reports to the business.
Management of budgets.
Identify training needs and developing structured programmes, both in-house and through external providers
Regular travel to sites across our Southern region
Potential additional requirement to travel UK wide (including Scotland) and occasionally Ireland - once current restrictions are lifted

Do you have the correct profile? You will have a minimum 5 years' experience at HR Business Partner level and be CIPD qualified. You will have experience in a multi-site environment and have sound knowledge and experience of managing the TUPE process. You must be experienced in managing individual and group consultation procedures, to a positive conclusion. Strong employment law knowledge is key and the need to be prepared to role your sleeves up and support HR operational and employee relation challenges. Your ability to forge strong relationships across all levels and business sectors is critical to the role. You will be confident with your presentation skills and have strong communication and influencing ability. We operate within a fast-paced environment and therefore the ability to work under pressure whilst fulfilling timeframes, is crucial.
