A hotel based near Watlington is seeking an experienced Hotel Receptionist .
You will welcome guests and take care of them from their arrival through to departure. Contribute to guests' permanent satisfaction by providing high quality service throughout their stay.
Main responsibilities
* Welcome guests as soon as they arrive with due care and attention.
* Encourage customer loyalty by developing friendly, personalised relationships.
* Anticipate guests' needs and take them into consideration.
* Handle any guest complaints.
You will need to be an enthusiastic person , highly motivated and have excellent customer service skills.
This position will be responsible for the overall administrative tasks relating to managing guests reservations & requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the level of service delivered to guests is of the highest standard.
The candidate will need to be proactive and must have excellent customer service and organisational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Previous experience of working on a hotel reception and using a well-known booking system is essential for this role.
