Job PurposeReporting into the Head of HR Advisory, the role will be responsible for developing and providing the required data and analysis across a number of key areas including Inclusion and Diversity, important people metrics (such as retention, progression, development and sickness absence) and client facing metrics (such as timesheet and client hours) where appropriate.
The role will work closely with the HR Services Centre, leveraging the data and reporting capabilities from the firms HR Information System and related technologies, as well as identifying technological advancements to help the firm achieve operational excellence, enhance the innovation agenda and leverage automation of key processes wherever possible.
Role & Responsibilities- Act as the subject matter expert across the People & Culture team for data analysis and reporting, understanding, and improving the data and information flows between different teams and systems.
- Bring new ideas and innovative ways to use technology into the firm, as well as driving value from existing technologies.
- Create and maintain a suite of reporting and KPI's which provides regular, accurate and appropriate data to key stakeholders in a timely manner, providing insight to support decision making and to assess ROI across the people agenda.
- Identify opportunities to improve our systems and processes to create more efficient ways of working and improve the user experience.
- Undertake regular audits, reconciliations and cleansing of data to ensure that the quality and integrity of our data is maintained to the highest standard.
- Transform large data sets through use of appropriate technologies and manipulation into user friendly insight to support decision making.
- Provide support to the People & Culture team in areas such as provision of data for employee engagement questionnaires, Inclusion & Diversity metrics, general people related KPI's and other ad-hoc requests for insight.
- Engagement with our Shared Service Centre to implement updates and changes to our data, and to build and maintain reporting via the HR Information System.
- Use excel to explore and analyse data sets. Collaborate with the Business Services teams and the wider firm to make required data changes in a timely and accurate manner, and to ensure compliance around regulatory and GDPR and other data protection requirements.

- Proficient in the use of MS Office tools, and in particular a good working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, filters, formulas, and vlookups). Experience of Power Bi is preferred.
- Previous experience in reporting and maintaining data via the use of HR Information systems (such as PeopleSoft, Workday and Success Factors) is preferred.
- Experienced with handling large data sets, a keen eye for detail with a strong focus on ensuring data accuracy and the ability to solve problems.
- Effective communicator able to convey key messages to a range of stakeholders succinctly via presentations, email, and verbally.
- Good time management and ability to work to set deadlines.
- Adaptable to meet changing business requirements.
