Overview

2Fawcett are recruiting for a French Speaking Internal Sales Support & Customer Service, due to extensive growth, to join a company located in Coalville on a permanent basis. You will be joining a well-established team. Supporting the France Account Manager and the France Telesales Rep with in-house duties to manage the portfolio of customer accounts, providing admin and sales support.

The Role & Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Support & Customer Service

  • Inbound Call and Email handling.
  • Order processing.
  • Creating accurate and creative quotations.
  • Liaison with other teams including operations and logistics.
  • Booking and tracking transport arrangements for France orders.
  • Working with 3PL warehouse team in France to manage orders and stock.
  • Supporting in-house credit control team with follow up of France accounts.
  • Provide administration support to the External Account Manager.
  • Actively responding to all inbound calls and sales requests within specified timeframe and promote our service-orientated brand.
  • Answer inbound calls professionally, with ability to cross-sell and up-sell as needed.
  • Regular reporting on given KPIs.
  • To manage your own workload and support other team members where necessary.

Requirements of Internal Sales Support & Customer Service

  • Fluent French speaking and have used this skill in business environment for at least one year.
  • Any other European languages, specifically Italian is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Experience of working in a similar sales environment
  • Customer focused
  • Confident Communicator
  • Excellent presentation, and written skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
