We have many vacancies in East Kent so we are looking for Legal Secretaries to provide secretarial and administrative support.

Would suit candidate with previous experience within the remit of Legal Secretary and has a high level of communication.

This would be a full-time post, Monday to Friday

• Providing a high level of administrative support in a busy office
• Answering telephone calls
• Audio transcription and copy typing
• Dealing with enquiries from clients and other third parties via email, letter or fax
• Preparing letters and legal documents
• Drafting straight forward Contracts Transfers and other documents under supervision
• Filing and general administrative work
• Managing Outlook diaries

Candidate specifications:

• Must have strong legal secretarial skill set
• Ability to deliver best in class customer experience essential
• History of working in fast paced team an advantage
• Previous experience in a conveyancing secretarial role would is essential
• Must have an eye for detail
• Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office and Excel
