A well established, niche and boutique IFA firm are looking for an IFA Administrator to help the partners and advisers of the firm with new business processing.

You will be working alongside the directors of the firm and you will liaise with HNW clients on a daily basis.

Main duties will include day to day administration i.e. requesting quotations, processing new business applications, chasing outstanding information, research reviews and renewals, dealing with external companies as well as assisting the advisers with report writing. You will be encouraged to progress toward CF and Diploma qualifications and the role could progress to Paraplanning role in the future if this is a route you would like to take, but principally the role is very much focused on administration and support.

The ideal candidate will be working in an IFA support/administration role currently and will be looking to progress their career. Knowledge of Xplan is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
