My client's hotel is a stunning property in Hampshire. They are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join the Front office Team.
Main Duties:
* Greeting hotel guests with confidence and providing excellent service, creating a memorable impression
* To be passionate and confident in conversing with all guests to establish a courteous, helpful, and friendly attitude always.
* Take ownership and be responsible for checking guests in and out using Opera.
* Be responsible for opening and closing the reception desk following the standards set by the Reception Manager.
* Be proactive in completing the daily administration required for the reception desk.
* Be passionate in promoting all our facilities within the hotel.
* Using the telephone and computer systems to take reservations and respond to guest enquiries.
The ideal Receptionist will have the following:
* Excellent telephone etiquette and guest service skills
* Experience in a hotel receptionist role would be desirable.
* Experience using Opera would be desirable.
* Drive and passion to seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests.
* Confidence, enthusiasm and passion for your work and communication with colleagues
* A keen eye for detail, organisational skills, and a flexible attitude
