Customer Care Receptionist

Creative Support are looking for a motivated, energetic and caring Customer Care Receptionist to provide excellent customer care within our vibrant national Head office in Stockport, Greater Manchester. The successful post holders will form part of a team to provide an efficient and responsive administration and reception service. The job will be based in Stockport town centre and supports a range of departments and key staff.

Our work requires regular liaison with service users, employees of the organisation, senior management, stakeholders and the general public in a professional manner delivering the highest standards of customer service. A high standard of professionalism and customer care is required at all times. Some experience of social care would benefit the role however, training can be provided.

This role will be based within an experienced team of six team members. The post holder will have excellent customer care skills, be well organised, an excellent communicator both verbally and through email. They will be a supportive team player, flexible, responsive and timely in their approach.

Scope of the role???

Creative Support is an established not for profit social care provider with nearly 30 years' experience of supporting vulnerable adults nationally. We work in 65 local authorities supporting over 8,000 service users and employ 5,000 staff. Our busy Head Office is based in Stockport town centre and we have 19 head office departments. When fully staffed we can have over 200 staff working through these departments.

We have a key focus on promoting excellent customer care and a personalised approach to our service user who we welcome to volunteer and get involved in the organisation as a whole.

Creative Support is also a registered social landlord with over 1,000 tenants. We have a proactive and flexible approach and we respond to local and national needs for social housing as well as the social care services for vulnerable adults.
