Skills

  • Strong co-ordination and administration skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain compelling relationships.
  • Proactive and motivated approach.
  • Positive 'can do' attitude
  • Strong IT skills including MS Suite.
  • Experience within the utilities/construction sector is beneficial but not essential.
  • NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent would be an advantage.
  • A-C level grade GCSE in Maths and English

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining professional client approach and excellent customer service to both new and existing clients.
  • To carry out all administration activities for the Project team to ensure smooth and timely running of processes.
  • Assist project team with accurate and timely bid preparation / submission, design submission and raising purchase orders
  • To assist in the administration of project documentation and record keeping.
  • Developing and maintaining compelling relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain online database and electronic files.
  • Actively contribute to continuous process improvement within the Project team.
