An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Officer within the People team. The People Team is part of the wider HR team so you will be expected to be a team player. You'll be proactive and use your initiative to help to make all HR processes more streamlined supporting all HR activities throughout the employee life cycle.

Description

Responsibilities of the HR Officer:

  • Support the HR team with all day to day duties
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing administrative support
  • Process HR-related forms and tools
  • Prioritise, track and respond to team email queries
  • Maintain accurate people and resource data and perform monthly cleansing
  • Monitor the storage of critical data and customer information to support decision making and conduct regular reviews to ensure it is stored accurately, confidentially and responsibly, in line with GDPR guidelines

Profile

We are looking for candidates with previous HR experience, particularly with the following skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to provide great customer service
  • Excellent administration and support skills
  • Good attention to detail and a desire to use new tools and processes to support delivery
  • The ability to balance multiple priorities and make effective decisions in a busy working environment
  • Have an awareness of business change and its impact
