Chief of Staff – Boutique Investment Company

Location: Manhattan

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 (D.O.E)

I am currently working on a highly sought-after opportunity to join a boutique investment firm in their stunning new Manhattan office.  This is a start-up style environment, and the successful candidate will play a fundamental part in the growth of the business, as well as having a lot of opportunity for their own professional growth.  You will be working closely with the Founding Executives who are currently based between the US and Brazil.  

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as a strategic partner to the executives. 
• Prioritizing the executives’ time, attending important meetings with them (a small amount of travel will be required), and managing investment decks.
• Partner across different functions in the company on key initiatives and deliverables.
• Managing calendars, organizing of travel, and general administration as needed.
• Project management of internal and external meetings and events.
• Support of general day-to-day business operations.

To succeed in this role, you will have a background within private equity or investment banking and a general understanding of the financial services world.  You will be highly organized and one step ahead at all times, but agile enough to meet changing demands.  You will be a self-starter who likes to take initiative.
