PA To Directors
Construction
GBP20,000 - GBP25,000
Role:
Working with 4 Senior Directors to provide one to one support.
Preparing communications on behalf of Directors.
Supporting other members of staff as required.
Answering phone calls.
Organising travel & itineraries.
Taking notes during meetings.
Conducting or preparing research.
Various ad hoc requests.
Requirements:
Strong computer literacy.
Verbal & written articulacy.
Professional discretion.
Efficiency.
Strong organisation skills.
Terms:
Full time.
GBP24k pa, subject to experience, capabilities & progression.
Hours:- Mon - Fri, (phone number removed)pm.
Based in our Eastbourne office. Travelling with a Director from time to time may be required.
Statutory holiday allowance
