Private PA / Driver

We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Private PA who lives near Gerrards Cross and is happy to support a busy Gentleman with his day-to-day Private needs.  This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an individual who is extremely successful and keen to find a Private PA who will become an integral part of his team and family.  He is looking for a Private PA who is well presented, articulate and discreet, in addition, the successful Private PA will be happy to drive him to and from the office each day and be happy to assist wherever needed.  They are looking for a Private PA with an attitude that no job is too big or too small!

Responsibilities will include:

• Extensive diary management; scheduling appointments and meetings
• High volume of travel arrangements; scheduling flights, accommodation, transfers, ensuring personal preferences for travel are adhered to
• Liaising with the wider family and household staff
• Managing household admin and finances; setting up and managing weekly / months payments, processing all bills and invoices, keeping organised and detailed records of expenses, double check bank statements for payments and outgoing costs
• Personal shopping and keeping note of family and friends’ birthdays
• Booking restaurants, theatres etc
• Managing dry cleaning and any other ad hoc daily tasks
• Preparing research and any documentation needed for meetings
• Keeping track of expenditure in line with budgets
• Daily driving needs
