Lovely part-time role using French based in West End two days, one day from home.
You will be responsible for supporting management in the day to day operations of the office, a small team The ideal candidate would be a self-starter with a rounded experience in running an office, travel organization and administrative support. You must be bilingual and have good MS office skills.Duties will include:
- Diary management (meetings and boardroom), currently coordinating use of office to keep staff COVID safe
- Telephone
- Facilitate meetings: preparation of Board Room and refreshments, meet & greet visitors
- ad hoc translation from French into English, typing up meeting notes
- Petty Cash, expenses
- Maintaining UK HR records – i.e. employee contact details, annual leave, sick leave
- Monthly reporting to HR at head office in Perth
- Coordinating staff inductions and departures
- Arrange staff training i.e. booking courses
- Liaise with IT support (email set up, IT issues, sourcing equipment etc.)
- Become a qualified Fire Warden, First Aider
- Keep up to date Risk Assessment notes following COVID-19 pandemic
- Booking and communicating travel itineraries,coordinating visas, hotels, trains, taxis etc. directly)
