A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a superstar EA/OM who is well-presented and switched on to work for a boutique health tech firm in their London office.
The Role
• Diary and travel management for 2 Directors
• Assist accountant with financial admin, invoicing, expenses, and reporting
• Supporting recruitment drives with diary management for interviews and test days
• Liaise with external I.T. support
• Onboarding new starters
• Ordering company equipment/ stationary
• Manage office supplier contracts
• Reviewing and implementing the company’s health and safety policy
• Arranging staff training days/courses
• Ownership of filing and planning systems to ensure they are accessible, accurate & up-to-date
• Additional ad-hoc duties as needed: planning of Christmas party / leaving parties / client gifts / office reorganisation /planning away days /organising catering for lunches
The Candidate
• A self-starter who is proactive and on the ball
• Highly organised and used to having deadlines
• Excellent communication
• Highly numerate
• Able to solve problems independently
Comes with:
Salary up to £55k
