We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and friendly Corporate Host and Office Coordinator to take on a brilliant new role with a law firm at a site based in Central London.

You’ll be given a huge amount of responsibility and trust from the get-go in this role as you’ll essentially be running the firm’s London “hub”. The hub consists of meeting rooms, hot desks and a client lounge. It will be a very busy role with guests constantly visiting the space to use it for meetings, work and events. Your main responsibility will be to provide a seamless and 5* service to all visitors. You’ll also be acting as the “face of the company” at this site so will play a huge part in establishing the desired feel of the office. There will be some quieter periods where you will be on your own, so we’re looking for someone who’s a self-starter, enjoys working autonomously, and can problem solve to deal with any issues that arise. Above all, we’re looking for someone with a great attitude who is always happy to muck in!

To be successful in this role you’ll ideally have previous experience in a similar position and company, or experience with Reception, Office Management and PA work in a corporate setting.

THE ROLE

  • Meeting and greeting all guests to the office and providing an excellent service
  • Ensuring the office is always immaculately presented
  • Keeping office supplies stocked
  • Coordinating all couriers and post
  • Processing expenses and maintaining records
  • Preparing for meetings
  • Arranging small-scale events likes breakfasts and drinks
  • PA support and administrative assistance to visiting guests
  • Other support as needed

  • Salary up to £35k
  • Private healthcare
  • Hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm
