Afternoon/Evening Legal Secretary

Our client, a major name in its specialist field, is very keen to attract an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to work on a permanent basis. The firm is willing to be a little flexible on the hours to ensure that they don't miss out on the right person and although the firm would prefer someone to work from 1pm to 9pm, it would be open on 2pm to 10pm, 3pm to 10pm, 4pm to 10pm, 3pm to 9pm or 4pm - 9pm. The mainstay of the work will be to support the Senior Partner who creates a high level of dictation, but you would also offer support to some of the Associates (this would be to a much lesser degree). Other duties may involve some ad hoc admin, trial bundling, e-mail inbox monitoring and some diary/meeting/travel organisation.

I need to be clear on the following point; the role will be 100% office based and interviews will be carried out face to face in the firm's office (which gives you the chance to see how extremely Covid safe/secure it is). If you are not comfortable with this, please do not apply because the firm has already decided there is no flexibility in this regard.

To qualify, you will be a Legal secretary with a strong background in Litigation and you will be able to work at a fast pace, giving a quick, accurate turnaround to work. You will need to remain calm under pressure but, and this is the most important part, you need to have a specific and valid reason for wanting to work this particular shift pattern.
