Job Description
Specific responsibilities
.
* Answering the telephone, emails and booking collections for customers.
* Entering job cards onto internal IBCOS gold system
* Arranging collections and deliveries of machinery, liaising with customers appropriately.
* Liaising with the workshops and parts departments and warehouse staff
* Data entry ensuring a high level of accuracy.
* Filing of job cards
* Updating excel spreadsheets for returned items and ensuring stock is correct.
* Updating EBAY account with relevant information
* Process EBAY orders, picking, packing and entering relevant tracking information.
* Respond to enquiries and queries daily
* General admin duties including photocopying, scan, phone, mailing, etc.
* Updating website with new products and prices/comparisons
Person Specification
* Computer literate: Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook & Internet
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Fluent in English
* Experience is essential.
* Willingness to learn is essential.
