HR Advisor

MUST HAVE A FULL UK DRIVERS LICENSE

Role details:

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR division and play part growth of the HR function. This role is vital in supporting and advising on all areas of employee relations, supporting and upskilling managers and travelling to parent sites to support on all areas of ER.

Experience working with a HR Generalist capacity
Employee relations casework, managing entire process start to finish
Provide high quality HR support in all areas including upskilling managers and liaising with recruitment team
Knowledge of HR and organisational policies that impact on payroll input and output.
Substantial experience of writing HR policies and procedures, interpreting complex legal documentation and translating them into relevant policies and procedures.
A sound working knowledge of UK employment legislation.
