Sales Support Administrator

An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a driven and resourceful Sales Administrator to join a fast-growing and dynamic team on a FIXED TERM 6 month contract.
You will be responsible to provide administrative services to support the Business Development Managers with the production of quotations and handling of all service-related issues that occur in connection with customer's orders.
Key areas of focus will be
* Processing orders in an accurate and timely manner to meet deadlines
* Processing detailed quotations with high accuracy; follow up and information gathering
* Co-ordinate payment terms and final shipping
* Keeping track of customer information and providing post-sale customer service reports
* Point of contact for sales enquiries, communicating all requests to the relevant Business Development Manager
* Respond promptly and efficiently to sales enquiries on a daily basis
* Establish and maintain customer account details with all relevant and up to date information in the company operating system
* Accurate preparation of export documentation
* Process and co-ordinate customer requests for online store approval and monitor sales orders subsequently processed
* Process credit card payments using online payment system
* Work as an effective team member liaising with the Production, Quality, Despatch and Accounts functions to ensure our customers are provided with high quality products delivered on time
Experience and Knowledge
* Computer literate with good pc and data entry skills (excel, word)
* Experienced at order processing through systems
* Well organised and with an attention to detail
* Ability to work on own initiative whilst still being a team player
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Meeting and surpassing targets
* Competent in mathematics
* Confident and self-motivated
* Good communication and telephone skills
This will be working full-time Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm and Fridays 8:30am-3:00pm earning a salary of GBP25,000 pro rata.
