Personal Assistant / Private Travel Coordinator

Our client, a global private investment firm with Headquarters in New York are seeking a superb Executive Personal Assistant with extensive experience coordinating private air travel to join the team on a temporary basis. This is an ongoing temp role, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.
The role will be supporting the top executives of a firm who are growing rapidly. They have incredibly high standards and expect perfection. They are also a great team of really nice people.
To be considered for this role you will have 7-10+ years’ experience in a similar role, and hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher, and have experience in an office environment rather than purely household experience.
Location: Remote/Connecticut

- Heavy coordination of international private travel including working across time zones
- Calendar management for senior executives
- Support any overflow work as requested by the Chief of Staff
- Light estate management
- Personal errands
