A successful boutique recruitment firm is looking to hire an Office Manager to support their London team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a busy Office Management role with a heavy focus on the accounts as well as your more traditional duties, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! Typical duties include:
  • Processing the Sales and Purchase ledger.
  • Processing the Payroll for contractors and internal staff.
  • Managing the Credit Control
  • Supporting the consultants with diary management
  • Formatting CV’s and other documents.
  • Expense management
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties
WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have two years’ experience in a similar Office Management role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.

Essential requirements:
  • 2 years’ experience as an Office Manager
  • Experience in Accounts, ideally with experience on SAGE or Xero.
  • Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
  • Proactive nature
  • Good use of initiative
  • Efficient problem solver
  • High attention to detail
