I have such an amazing opportunity for a proactive, hardworking and ambitious PA/Office Manager to join a growing boutique international executive search firm, based in the West End.

The role will be supporting the two very young Founders with diary management, processing expenses, scheduling calls/VCs/in-person meetings, supporting the team with administration, ensuring very smooth running of the office and generally being the go-to person for the office! They are looking for a really proactive character who will go above and beyond, and during busy periods step in to support the team with anything required! This is a brand new role to the business and one you can really make your own!

They are a really fun, dynamic team with a buzzy atmosphere. Ideally, they would love to find an individual from an executive search/recruitment background, however can be flexible if you have all of the transferrable skills.
