Business/Private EA to Tech CEO - (Mayfair)

You will be degree standard (legal, finance or business preferred) and able to bring complementary skills to the table.  A background in start up or technology or supporting a dynamic CEO/entrepreneur is also needed for this role. Top organisational skills and able to work at the speed that the Principal does.  Fit and focused you will have things in common with this marathon runner Principal and share a similar vision.  This is more than a traditional EA role as you can get involved, take on more and add extra value/reap the rewards in the future.  Committed with great energy you will also be able to laugh and have fun in this role also (dinner with colleagues weekly + quarterly week-ends away etc).  This company is being backed by some of the biggest names in the world and is headed for huge success which you can be a part of. 

Happy in your own skin you will have a relaxed confidence and always willing to go the extra mile.  There will be some out of hours week-ends and evenings when required (not all the time)  The Principal also has business interests in the US so experience across time zones is needed.

This is a right hand role in every sense where you will eventually second guess the Principal and have a large part to play in the growth of the company and the smooth running of his life.

An in-depth understanding of modern technology & platforms is needed and a positive and upbeat approach to life where anything can be achieved.  To work at speed and be highly structured is essential for this role (he is much in demand so filtering a large amount of emails & sorting contacts will be needed).

Disciplined and structured (the creative Principal needs organising) you will be well presented and spoken and happy to liaise with the great and the good when needed.  3 years+ at CEO level and a background within a start up style company or tech is much preferred.

This boutique company will be moving to Mayfair or Marylebone in the next month or so - The role will be remote until then.
