This is a fabulous HR Admin role based in Marlow, Bucks working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week

What will this HR Admin role involve?

* Provide an accurate, effective, and efficient HR administration service within the HR department.

* Maintain and update the HR systems

* Support the recruitment process, including reviewing CVs; interview arrangements; attending interviews as necessary; liaison with appropriate teams and management support.

* Prepare appropriate Contracts of Employment, Offer Letters, and other contractual paperwork to include DBS Checks and Right to Work Documentation as required, to ensure the new starter process is completed efficiently for all new employees

* Manage the induction process for all new starters on their first day; establishing induction meetings & training sessions in line with the company's ISO27001 & other security compliance; setting & monitoring 3-month probation reviews and ensuring a smooth introduction for new starters.

* Prepare and manage all relevant paperwork for employees during their employee lifecycle such as Contractual Changes to Employment; Maternity; Paternity; Absence Management; Performance Reviews; Disciplinary Processes; etc

* Provide support for all absence, sickness, occupational health, maternity, paternity, adoption, and ER cases such as disciplinary, grievance cases etc. as required.

* Complete the Leaver process for any employees departing from the Group, in line with the ISO27001 and other security leaving processes maintained.

* Ensure that all correspondence is consistent, uniform and professionally presented

* Maintain and update monthly payroll changes, i.e., new starters, leavers, changes, and bonuses and liaise with payroll as appropriate.

* Create and maintain accurate records, in conjunction with the IT Department, for all Company equipment and mobile telephones issued to employees

* Updating Employee Policies and Employee Handbooks in line with employment law changes and updated security requirements

* Support with all additional HR administration requirements such as Audit Reports, Analysis, Absence Management Reports

* Ad hoc duties such as Reception cover
