Marketing Coordinator

My client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Bid Coordinator to join its award-winning architecture design studio in London. They have a diverse portfolio spanning the UK, Europe, North Africa and the Middle East working on some beautiful projects.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, they are seeking a creative and ambitious individual to help build the practice’s profile and drive the growth of our business nationally and internationally.  A key element of the role will be producng all of the companies graphics, which is where you get to really show off your creative skills.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing and updating all marketing collateral including both graphical and text copy for publications, portfolios and CVs;
• Reviewing competitions lists and compiling PQQs, bids, proposals, presentations;
• Identifying relevant business opportunities and coordinating meetings with potential clients;
• Coordinating internal and external PR activity including liaison with press and external PR companies;
• Maintaining the press article library;
• Managing website and social media accounts;
• Assisting with the creation of press releases, newsletters and other PR activity;
• Identifying networking, speaking and judging opportunities for senior staff;
• Maintaining the studios CRM database and segmenting data for marketing use;
• Assisting in studio hosted events.

Skills:

• Excellent graphic design skills with advanced InDesign and Photoshop skills;
• Experience in business development, including bid drafts and creating presentations for technical staff members
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills;
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
