Very slick and super successful entrepreneurial, high profile LUXURY BRAND are looking for a very polished, confident and approachable Receptionist and Office Assistant to manage their Front of House. To be the first point of contact and ambassador in their breath-taking, magnificent offices.

 

You will be welcoming business leaders, UHNWs, celebrities and household names. Presentation and style is key. You might have learned your exceptional hosting skills as cabin crew.

 

This role is so much more than just reception. You will be taking on Office Management responsibilities, organising glamorous events, as well as managing the reception, meeting rooms large entertainment space. Their standards are very high, and you will need to maintain these high standards. 

 

The environment is work hard/play hard, only the best of the best are employed. A very inclusive team of fun loving but totally committed and driven individuals.  

You will need office experience, good Microsoft Office knowledge, with outstanding communications skills and the ability to always be at the top of your game, confident, upbeat – the ultimate host.
