I am still on the lookout for a first-class Private PA with fluent written/spoken Arabic and English for a fabulous role based in Dubai. 

The position is working alongside a small team, including another English speaking Private PA, providing full day to day support to the client who is a business owner and VVIP– working in a dedicated office within the large family home but also travelling with the client. 

Only candidates with at least 5 + years proven Private PA experience in ONE role plus further experience, supporting a UHNWI and fluent Arabic and English, need to applyYou will also have previous experience supporting a Principal with large scale projectsMy client will consider candidates based outside of Dubai, looking to relocate.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
 

  • Household management including household administration
  • Assisting with a home build – attending meetings, minute taking, coordinating next steps
  • Diary management
  • Travel management
  • Help to organise events including children’s parties
  • Booking in children’s activities and sharing these with the Governess
  • Running errands
  • Supervision of household staff
  • Handling specific projects
  • Research

 Essential requirements
 

  • Minimum of 5 years Private PA experience
  • Experience of working with a VVIP family
  • Arabic as your native language
  • English as your second language
  • Degree educated
  • Competent driver
  • Non-smoker
  • Project management experience
