Executive Director

Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Director who has 7 years of experience working within the Events sector or Opera Houses. 


Summary:

1. 1.     Strong command of Event Management in the fields of performing & visual arts and culture.
2. 2.     Lead the Operational Departments.
3. 3.     Execute Programming & Production.
4. 4.     Budget liaison with Finance.

Scope of Work:

Coordinate with the Founder to assist with the development of the annual Festival including all Programming, Production, Performances, Exhibitions, Youth and Community initiatives, in UAE and abroad. Implement (Oversee and Operate) the annual ADF including all Production, Performances, Exhibitions, Youth and Community initiatives, in UAE and abroad with the Operational Departments.
Implement (Oversee and Operate) the Music & Arts Foundation’s other activities with the Operational Departments including Production, planning, timeline deliverables and budgeting. Summarized Executive reporting with the Founder for all activities.


Dealing with problems/challenges by offering solutions (problem-solving). The Covid-19 Pandemic has forced many changes from in-person to virtual events.  However, as restrictions ease, there will be an increase for in-person events. Each of these has different challenges which the candidate must be able to implement. Oversee Post-event (either virtual or In-Person) SWOT analysis reports with solution-based recommendations to enhance parameters. Oversee the Business Development and Sponsorship Programs for the client.

Interact with the Board of Directors, as directed by the Founder including preparation of Board documents and related presentations and all other tasks, as directed by the Founder.

My client would be prepared to relocate a candidate with suitable experience. 

Salary AED 60,000 + benefits
