Super slick investment management company based in the heart of the West End is looking for a Team Assistant to come on board to work alongside senior EA, helping provide support to busy management team. This role would suit a bright individual who has 1-2 years' experience within a busy administration / PA or team assistant role and is now looking for the next step and opportunity to develop their administrative skills. We are looking for a competent multi tasker, with a positive and pro-active attitude. You should have a strong desire to learn, grow professionally and fit in well culturally with the team.
Role:
- Proactive, complex diary management for both internal and external meetings including booking meeting rooms and conference calls
- Co-ordination of national and international travel including; flights, trains, accommodation and transfers for business trips and conferences
- Expenses; reconciling and processing of corporate cards, Amex and petty cash
- Screening/directing incoming calls for the Investment Team
- Ownership of team holiday and sickness tracking
- Adding and updating business contacts in Outlook
- Record and file maintenance such as team information and travel log
- General office/administrative support, including drafting and mailing general correspondence, which may include; emailing, photocopying, scanning and telephoning
Person:
- Ability to multi task and prioritise work flow
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent oral and communication skills
- Ability to deliver with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Ability to use own initiative
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Flexibility
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- 2nd European language a plus
