Chelsea, Central London

£30,000 - £40,000

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Office Administrator to work for a high end, luxury Interior Design company based in the heart of Chelsea.

The Role
  • Meet and greet all clients in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer all incoming calls and forward to relevant person
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Distribute all post and deliveries  
  • Deal with any supplier or client enquires
  • Property management
The Candidate
  • Warm, welcoming and professional
  • Well-presented and spoken
  • Strong Microsoft skills – google docs, google sheets
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Thrives in this role, looking for longevity
Hours are Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm
