Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience)+ UNCAPPED COMMISSION
Tiger Recruitment is currently hiring for our New York office! We are looking for a superstar 360˚ recruiter with experience in business support recruitment (or related field) at an agency, to join our growing US team. To be successful in this role you will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to work in a start-up-style environment. Naturally, a no-job-too-small attitude is key!
Duties:
You will be a positive team player and have the ability to build strong working relationships with the global internal team, as well as externally. This is a unique opportunity to work for a new office, whilst also having the support of a high-performing team and recognized brand.

Duties:
- Management and coordination of a 360˚ lifecycle of the recruitment.
- Sourcing the top candidates in the market through a combination of jobsite advertisements, LinkedIn searching, and personal networking.
- Writing compelling job advertisements, thoroughly interviewing candidates, and effectively guiding candidates through the job application and interview process.
- Developing new business relationships as well as building on and expanding existing client relationships.
- Adhering to the highest level of client service at all times, having a consultative approach by always going above and beyond.
- Use of internal bespoke CRM system.
- General daily administration.
- 2+ years’ previous recruitment experience
- Able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and composed
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent presentation skills, and verbal communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- High attention to detail, whilst simultaneously working at pace
