Customer Service Advisor
£18,000 - 21,000 plus benefits

We're looking for a driven customer service advisor to join our Bristol team.
In this role, you'll be part of a team which communicate and speak to our customers and communities every single day. We're a contact centre with a difference. And following the recent acquisition of Simplify Probate, there's never been a more exciting time to join us. If you can show us the skills we need, you'll have the chance to be a part of it.
What you'll do:
* make outbound calls relating to probate; working to targets and ensuring compliance throughout - full training will be provided during your induction
* answer customer queries and distribute information where required
* book appointments for customers with our probate consultants where appropriate
* complete related administration during and after calls with customers
* support inbound calls where necessary
This role would suit people who have:
* a desire to learn new skills
* a passion for developing your career within a legal business
* strong communication skills enabling you to approach difficult subjects with professionalism and delivering the help our customers need
* excellent self-management and motivation
