A fabulous opportunity for a Spanish speaking Office Manager / Business Assistant to work in a creative private family office, based in a luxury private residence in North West London.  This Office Manager / Business Assistant position is integral to the management of the family estate, liaising with lawyers, advisors and accountants as well as overseeing international investment and property portfolios and day to day financial related issues.  Working alongside their private PA this Office Manager/ Business Assistant will have a business degree, be fluent in both English and Spanish, have 5 years’ experience within a similar private family office with international experience.  This Office Manager / Business Assistant role is 40% finance focussed and a sharp business mind is essential, if you do not know what a cash flow report looks like or are unable to read a PnL sheet this role isn’t for you!  This is a husband and wife team with a highly successful design brand and the Office Manager / Business Assistant will be well respected and valued.  25 days holiday, pension, discretionary bonus, hours 9.30-6pm.
