Temporary Team PA

Our client, a highly successful Private Equity firm based in the heart of the West End are looking for a Team PA to join them on a temporary basis.

The successful candidate will support the busy investment division of the company made up of 13 Executives. This is an ongoing temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent.

Working for a super busy team, this is a high paced role with constant change throughout the working day. This is an office based role that will require on site working 5 days per week.

The company has a close network of PA’s who really work together and support each other. The company also has a on site Gym and they offer annual team trips away.

Duties will include:

• Arranging meetings
• Managing multiple diaries
• Organising board meetings
• Travel arrangements
• Putting together itineraries
• Expenses
• Restaurant bookings
• Assisting with events

Due to the urgency of this role, our client is looking for an Team PA to start in the next few weeks so all applicants must be available immediately.

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years Team Assistant/PA experience and must be confident managing multiple back to back diaries. Previous experience in finance would also be beneficial.
