HR Business Partner

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner seeking new challenges to join the busy, expanding HR team of a valued charity supporting aspiring artists as they engage in creative performance at one of London's most loved venues. As an experienced HRBP, you will be part of an HR team of 4, reporting to the HR Manager and closely mentoring the HR Co-ordinator. Working with the Business Managers, the successful HRBP will assist 20 Middle Managers within 5 departments.

HRBP work will include; assisting the Line Managers and L&D to identify employees training needs, updating and writing new policies, being part of the interview panel, assisting with the apprenticeship scheme and identifying suitable candidates for internal promotion.

Candidates must have previous HRBP experience, be CIPD level 5 qualified and have a sound working knowledge of HR ER. Experience working for a charity is a distinct advantage.
