CIPD qualified and experience in a similar role
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with demanding stakeholders
Strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
Sound and up to date knowledge of employment legislation and law
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a good standard of IT skill HR Advisor - Responsibilities
To support the delivery of the people plan and HR calendar activities.
Provide robust and challenging debate on people matters to ensure great commercial decisions are driven with people at the forefront.
To ensure all managers have the relevant level of training, coaching and support in leading their teams effectively.
Support with change initiatives ensuring that they are implemented in accordance with best practice.
Producing ER reports, highlighting trends and providing solutions.
Supporting line managers in complex ER cases, including attending meetings, note taking and advice.
Manage HR & Payroll administrator, ensuring alignment with HR Shared Service processes and GDPR compliance.
Work with Head of Employee Relations to support with developing HR policies/procedures. About Us
