Administrator (Kickstart Scheme)

Our client is a market-leading company and due to recent successes, they are currently looking for an Administrator to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the required processes and administration to ensure that customer orders progress smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Taking ownership of customer's orders from initial enquiry to product delivery.
Verification of information by telephone, letter and email.
Chasing outstanding information.
Acting as a first point of contact to customers and resolving queries.
Ensuring that paperwork is completed and returned on time.
Liaising between customers and internal departments to provide order updates. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

A strong administration background.
A passion for Customer Service.
Fast and accurate data entry skills.
The ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
Excellent telephone manner, able to relate to people at all levels.
Competent with Microsoft Office. This is a part-time role (25 hours per week), 6 Month FTC - with the possibility of a permanent placement. National Minimum Wage applies.

Kick Start Scheme Eligibility:

The job is a 6 month placement under the KICKSTART Scheme, You must be claiming universal credits (Claiming Job Seekers Allowance 'as it used to be called').
