EA to Chief People Officer, Global Media!

Our client is the world leader in media investment management with a truly global presence in over 100 countries! The culture is fast paced, fun, exciting and transformational.

We are looking for a corporate media EA with 5 years + experience at C-Suite level to support this enigmatic Chief People Officer.

Reporting directly to and supporting the wider team with some aspects of office management and projects, your role is to provide extensive and complex and ever changing diary management, inbox management and prioritisation, preparing meeting agendas, performing research, travel bookings, expenses processing, managing highly confidential correspondence, assisting with preparing reports, presentations and project plans and much much more!

You are an established EA (5 years at C-Suite level +) with experience of working within the HR / Recruitment team and a definite interest in this area. You are hands on and always 2 steps ahead, so you’ll be confident, responsible, impeccably organised and calm! You are a proactive relationship builder with experience of working in a highly matrixed organisation across multiple markets. Global Media experience a must.
